Yes. You can place an order via phone and make arrangements to pick it up when order is ready EXCEPT DURING HOLIDAYS , MAJOR SALES AND GIFT SEASON unless otherwise stated.

HOW MANY OUNCES COME IN A BUNDLE?
Approximately 100 grams /3.5 oz.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A FULL SEW-IN?
12”-16” needs 2 bundles (depending on head size), 18”-22” needs 3 or more bundles (depending upon the circumference/size of your head), 24” and longer needs 4 or more bundles. These bundle amounts can be used to achieve a natural look. If you desire a fuller look you will need more.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR HAIR?
All of our hair is top quality... Our Virgin Indian hair is imported straight from our temple importer in Chennai, India ... Our Brazilian is grade 6A. Our Indian Remy is grade 7A. While no retailer should ever 100% guarantee ZERO shedding we do make sure we offer top quality product with little to no hair shed, tangle or mat with proper application and care. Pretty Diva Hair can last with proper care and maintenance from several months to YEARS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
While we strive to ensure that all our customers are happy with our product we do understand that occasionally a fluke occurs. In this instance we request that you give us a call (626)872-DIVA(3482) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to alerting us to the issue within 48 hours. If you need to exchange hair that’s been ordered via the website the purchaser is responsible for all return fees associated with shipping and postage. The hair needs to be in its original state and original packaging, exactly how it was sold to you including tags, bags and original receipt. The hair should not be used or altered such as combed, brushed, picked out, cut, processed, rinsed, permed, bleached or colored, etc. There are no monetary refunds and All exchanges are subject to the approval of management.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AND PROCESS THE ORDERS?
Once the method of payment is accepted and approved, the order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days If the order has processed Monday – Thursday. Orders place Friday – Sunday will begin processing on the next business day Monday. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day. All orders will incur a flat shipping charge. We do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays. EXPECT LONGER THAN NORMAL PROCESSING DURING MAJOR HOLIDAY, SALES AND SHOPPING SEASONS. Customers orders will be processed as soon as possible during those times.
HOW LONG DOES PRETTY DIVA HAIR LAST?
The length of time our hair lasts depends on how you care for the hair. If you follow our hair care guide and maintenance instructions you can extend the life of your hair. Typically Pretty Diva Virgin Indian Hair will last for several months up to 3years... Our Brazilian up to 1yr.
CAN PRETTY HAIR BE COLORED?
Yes, it can be colored however we do advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions. Even though the hair can be colored, Pretty Diva Hair does not guarantee the outcome of your hair.
CAN I CUT THE WEFTS?
Pretty Diva Hair will last longer if the wefts are not cut or sewn through. If you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so the hair will not shed at the point of cut.
WILL MY HAIR WAVE UP AGAIN AFTER I STRAIGHTEN IT?
Yes it will, but the more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern. It is important to remember that the more you straighten the pattern the more it will relax.
